Registered Cass county. Born, Tower City, N. Dak., Sept. 21, 1893, of American parents. Occupation - stenographer. Inducted at Fargo on Dec. 15, 1917. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 160th Depot Brigade, to Feb. 17, 1918; Air Service, to death. Grades: Corporal, April 15, 1918; Sergeant, June 1, 1918; Private, Sept. 28, 1918.
