Fargo, ND— April 26, 2022 — The Fargo National Cemetery Volunteer Committee announces the third annual Memorial Day event on May 30, 2022, at 3 p.m. Silver Star Medal and Bronze Star Medal recipient Army Captain (retired) Chad A. Malmberg will give the keynote address. Regional Congressional delegations have been asked to make remarks as well as the governors of North Dakota and Minnesota.
