Not a registrant. Born, Frederick, S. Dak., May 30, 1900, of American parents. Occupation - farmer. Enlisted at Moorhead, Minn., on June 8, 1918. Sent to Jefferson Barracks, Mo. Served in Medical Department, to discharge. Grade: Private 1st Class, April 24, 1919. Overseas from Sept. 4, 1918, to May 22, 1919. Discharged at Fort Bayard, N. Mex., on Jan. 19, 1920, as a Private, Surgeon's Certificate of Disability, 100%.
