Biography:

Charles Benjamin Robinson was born in Brinsmade, Benson County, North Dakota on August 13, 1916, to John Alexander and Frances Priscilla Robinson. He was then a resident of Cass County, North Dakota when he entered United States Navy in Farragut, Idaho on February 7, 1944, and served in the Asiatic Pacific Theater. He married Florence Estelle Larson. Private Robinson died in service May 4, 1945, in Okinawa, Japan and he is buried in Plot N, Grave 1110, National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii.
