Biography:

Born in Milnor, Sargent, North Dakota on April 29, 1920 to Elmer Bernard Betting and Emma Gjestina Danielson. Clayton Herbert Betting married Ruth Vera Cox. He entererd the US Army Ft Meade, South Dakota on February 11, 1939. He passed away on March 5, 1945 in Hackenbroich, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, WWII. He is buried at Calvery Cemetery, Milnor, North Dakota.
