Served in Company C, 39th Machine Gun Battalion, to Feb. 11, 1919; Company B, 37th Machine Gun Battalion, to discharge. Discharged as Camp Lewis, Wash., on June 17, 1919, as a Private, Surgeon's Certificate of Disability, 40%.
