Served in Company K, 138th Infantry, to discharge. Overseas from May 2, 1918, to Sept. 30, 1918. Engagement: Defensive Sector: Gerardmer (Alsace). Discharged at Denver, Colo., on Feb. 13, 1920, as a Private, Surgeon's Certificate of Disability, 100%.
