Registered Oliver County. Born, Center, N. Dak., Nov. 6, 1894, of German parents. Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Center on July 24, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 19th Company, 5th Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 18, 1918; Supply Company, 41st Field Artillery, to death.
