Registered Foster county. Born, Boardman, Wis., Dec. 5, 1889, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - carpenter. Inducted at Carrington on July 22, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 40th Company, 10th Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 29, 1918; Headquarters Company, 78th Infantry, to death.
