Registered Ward county. Born, Montevideo, Minn., Oct. 30, 1894, of American-Norwegian parents. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Minot on Sept. 3, 1918. Sent to Camp Grant, Ill. Served in 36th Company, 161st Depot Brigade, to death.
