Registered Cavalier county. Born, Myre Station, Norway, Dec. 10, 1892. Naturalized citizen. Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Langdon on Sept. 21, 1917. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Company L, 352nd Infantry, to Nov. 28, 1917; Company I, 348th Infantry, to March 6, 1918; Company G, 59th Infantry, to discharge. Overseas from May 5, 1918, to Sept. 28, 1918. Wounded, severely, July 19, 1918. Engagement: Offensive: Aisne-Marne.
