Paul F. Fischer was born on May 11, 1925. served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private First Class in the 314th Infantry Regiment, 79th Infantry Division. He died on August 27, 1944, was initially buried at Villeneuve-sur-Auvers in France and is now buried at Riverview Cemetery, Washburn, McLean County, North Dakota, USA.
