Biography:

When Raymond Walter Winter was born on 13 April 1923, in North Dakota, United States, his father, Otto Winter, was 30 and his mother, Martha Graumann, was 28. He lived in Rusland Township, Wells, North Dakota, United States in 1930. He registered for military service in 1943. He died on 28 July 1944, in Myanmar, at the age of 21, and was buried in National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, United States.
