Biography:

William Theodore McMahon was born in Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota on November 8, 1925, to Theodore and Clara Green McMahon. He entered the United States Army at Fort Snelling, Minnesota on February 12, 1944, and served in the European African Middle Eastern Theater.  Private First Class McMahon was killed in action on April 4, 1945, in Germany and he is buried in Grave 8895, Block 9, Section C, Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
