Relmond C. Amsbaugh

Biography:

Born in Bottineau, North Dakota on November 16, 1923 to Harry Josiah Amsbaugh and Mable Olive Amsbaugh. Brother of Harold LeRoy Amsbaugh; Franklin Albert Amsbaugh; Raymond Lawrence Amsbaugh; Madeline Bernice Larson; Sgt Milo Hans Amsbaugh; and Marvin Elroy Amsbaugh. Private Relmond Amsbaugh was a residnet of Bottineau County, North Dakota when he entered the US Army Bottineau County, NDak on November 11, 1943. He served in the European African Middle Eastern Theater and was killed in action on July 12, 1944 in France.

Anton S. Aman

Biography:

Born in Yucca, NDak on August 1, 1926, to Mr. and Mrs. Casper Aman. He graduated from Mandan high school in 1945 and entered AUS Ft Leavenworth, Kansas on Jan 26, 1945. He served in the Asiatic Pacific Theater during WWII as a communications non-commissioned officer and separated at Ft Lewis, Washington on January 15, 1947. He entered the USAF Fargo, NDak on April 1, 1951, and died in service in a T-6 plane crash near Camilla, Ga on April 21, 1952. He was a student officer undergoing flight training in the Air Force at the time of the accident and civilian flying instructor Leonard D.

Biography:

Louis A. Allard

Biography:

Louis was born in Hansboro, North Dakota on September 20, 1916, to Leon E. Allard (father) and Donelda (Jodein) Allard (mother). He had 5 sisters (Marie o, Rasena, Blanche, Anan, and Reta Allard) and 3 brothers (Alfred, George and Leo Allard). When he entered the US Navy Barnes County, NDak on July 21, 1942, he was a resident of Barnes County and was married to Doris (Mae) Allard. Louis died when the USS Augustine came in Collision with the Merchant Tanker Camas Meadows of the coast at New Jersey on Jan.

Melvin Alderman

Biography:

Born in Pierport, SDak May 14, 1918 to parents, Lewis P. Alderman and Paulina O. Alderman née Paulson. Resident of Cass County, NDak; Entered USAF Buckley, Colo 18 Feb 43; Served European African Middle Easter Theater; Killed in action 6 Apr 45 in Germany; Buried in Block M, Lot 70, Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, NDak. 

Clinton A. Albus

Biography:

Clinton Albert Ablus was born in Wyard, Foster County, North Dakota on November 16, 1922, to Henry H. Albus and Lydia Elizabeth Edinger. He entered the AUS Fort Snelling, Minnesota on January 20, 1944, and served in the Asiatic Pacific Theater. Private First Class Albus was killed in action on April 30, 1945. He is buried in Grave 13599, Block 24, Section C, Ft Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
