Robert Joy Sime

Biography:

Robert was the husband of Ellen M. Sime of Bergen Norway, the dear son of Mr. and Mrs. Joy Sime of Bremerton Washington. He was commissioned as a 2dLt in the US Army Reserve and arrived for duty in Vietnam on March 30, 1967 where he was assigned to and served with B Company, 5th Battalion, 7th Calvary, 1st Calvary Division, USARV.

He is buried in Garden of Devotion, Lot 194, Space 2 in Miller-Woodlawn Memorial Park - Bremerton, WA.

Martin William Steen

Biography:

Capt. Martin Steen was assigned an operational mission over North Vietnam on May 31, 1966. His F105D was one of a group of "Thuds" that would, during the course of the war, make more strikes against North Vietnam than any other U.S. aircraft. The Thunderchief also sustained more losses than any other U.S. aircraft. Steen departed his base at Korat in south central Thailand, flew north over Laos and turned eastward into North Vietnam to a target along the Red River about 80 miles northwest of Hanoi.

Ronald Gilbert Stoltenow

Biography:

He is buried in the Garden of Christus 105D in Fairview Memorial Gardens - Wahpeton, ND.

Robert Lee Storey

Biography:

Robert Edwin Swanson

Biography:

Robert Edwin Swanson served his country during the Vietnam War when he gave his all in the line of duty. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps on January 11, 1965. Swanson had the rank of Private First Class. His military occupation or specialty was Rifleman. Service number assignment was 2110286, attached to M Company, 3rd Battalion, 9th Marines, 3rd Marine Division. 

Roger Lee Svir

Biography:

Roger Svir was drafted into the United States Army on May 14, 1970, via the Selective Service. He began his tour on February 25, 1971, attached to the 1st Logistical Command, 159th Transport Battalion, 4th Transportation Command, 1099th Transportation Company. He had the rank of Sergeant.

Svir was born on December 1, 1950, in Park River, Walsh County, North Dakota. He died on September 26, 1971.
