Sergeant Donald Bergeron was born on November 28, 1924. On July 9, 1943 he lived in Ward County, North Dakota and he entered the USAAF in Ft Snelling, Minnesota. He served in the Asiatic Pacific Theater and was killed in action on October 26, 1944 on Mendanao Island, Philippine Islands and his remains were not recovered. 

Donald served as Sergeant on B-24J #44-41022, 424th Bomber Squadron, 307th Bomber Group, Heavy, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.
