A BILL for an Act to authorize the adjutant general to borrow funds to respond to disasters; to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to authorizing state agencies to borrow funds for disasters; to amend and reenact section 54-16-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to state contingencies appropriation; to provide an appropriation; and to declare an emergency.
