APPRECIATION. Hunting: Deer License Lottery for Members of Armed Forces

A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 12 of section 20.1-02-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to hunting licenses for nonresident members of the armed forces.

Allow members of the Armed Forces who qualify to receive a resident hunting license to apply for and be issued a lottery license for deer.
