A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 15.1-21 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to required patriotism projects for public elementary school students; and to provide a report to the legislative management.

This bill would...

• Provide that the curriculum of each school district of elementary students include a patriotism project under the guidance of the Superintendent of public instruction.
• Allow the school district to accept donations for patriotism projects from veteran organizations in the state.
