A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 20.1-03 and a new subsection to section 20.1-03-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to deer hunting licenses for disabled veterans.

Allow a 100% disabled ND resident Veteran deer hunter to

• Begin deer hunting earlier along with youth hunting season
• Continue hunting during regular deer hunting season
• Be guaranteed one deer hunting tag and not apply for a deer license through any lottery
• Purchase deer license for $30
