A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the veterans' home.

• Memorial Garden Project               $200,000 (Melvin Norgard Funds). Approved by Senate.
• Basic Care Floor replacement        $131,500. Not included in Governors Budget. Included in Senate Budget.
