A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 37-29-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of volunteer emergency responders.

• Remove the words "North Dakota" from the NDCC
• Allow National Guard members of ND and other states to participate as "Volunteer Emergency Responder"
