A BILL for an Act to provide for the display of the prisoner of war and missing in action flag on the state capitol grounds.

• Require POW/MIA Flag be flown at all times on all outdoor flagpoles on ND State Capitol Grounds.
  • Displayed on its own pole or under the US Flag

    • In front fo the all veterans memorial; and

  • May be flown either below the flag of the US on the same flagpole or alone on a separate flagpole
  • Must be displayed using proper flag etiquitte
