BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT.) Section 37-01-34 of the North Dakota Century Code is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
