A concurrent resolution for a constitutional amendment authorizing the issuance of bonds of the state of North Dakota and the expenditure of the proceeds for the payment of adjusted compensation to North Dakota veterans of the Viet Nam conflict.

ND National Guard UCMJ and License Plates

• Adds state active duty time to be subject to discipline as set forth in USMJ
• Changes to veteran definition dates for adjusted compensation (war bonus)
• Adds motorcycle plates available for NDNG license plates

Property Tax Credit for Deployed Guard

Provides a 40% tax credit for guard members if deployed.
