BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:

Intent of bill:

A concurrent resolution urging the 119th Congress to provide for the inclusion on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall the names of the lost crew members of the U.S.S. Frank E. Evans.

Intent of bill: Create burial medallion for Traditional (non-veteran) Guard and Reserve, currently no marker or indication of service provided. For use outside the ND State Veterans Cemetery. 

SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 37-18-17 of the North Dakota Century Code is created and enacted as follows:

Burial medallion program.

A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01-70 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to designating a portion of state highway 18 as the PFC. Henry Gurke memorial highway; and to provide a continuing appropriation.

A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to designating the bridge on south state avenue in Dickinson as the Specialist Jon P. Fettig Iraq bridge; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to declare an emergency.

SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code is created and enacted as follows:

A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to designating the overpass on United States highway 52 as the S/Sgt. Miles Shelley WWII overpass; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to declare an emergency.

SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code is created and enacted as follows:

A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to designating the bridge on United States highway 81 as the Specialist 4 David LaTraille Vietnam bridge; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to declare an emergency.

BURIAL SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES, WAR OF REBELLION

An Act Making an Appropriation to Pay for the Burial Expense of Honorably Discharged Sailors, Soldiers and Marines of the United States War of the Rebellion and Erection of Head Stones Therefore, as Authorized by Sections 3181, 3182, 3183, and 3184 of the Compiled Laws of 1913.
