Born in Abercrombie, Richland County, North Dakota on 4 December 1917. Resident of Richland County North Dakota. Entered US Army at Fort Snelling, Minnesota on 15 December 1939. Served Asiatic Pacific Theater. Died in Service October 24, 1942 while Prisoner of War. Name included on the All Veterans Memorial at the State Capital Bismarck, North Dakota. Name included in the Register of North Dakota Veterans for World War II page 1096.

Clyde Roy Huddleson

Captain Huddleson was born in Prescott, Wisconsin on July 3, 1912. He was a resident of Grand Forks County, North Dakota when he entered the Unitd State Marine Corps in Grand Forks, North Dakota on September 12, 1935. He died in service on December 31, 1944, as a Prisoner of War in Japan. He is on the Tablets of the Missing in the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Philippines.
