Learn how to support friends, family, and neighbors. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) equips you to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults so you can step in with confidence when it matters most.

2 hours pre-work plus full training with post-test and evaluation
