SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code is created and enacted as follows:
PFC. Henry Gurke memorial highway - State highway 18 - Continuing appropriation.
The department shall designate state highway 18 from the intersection of state highway 5 to the Canadian border as the PFC. Henry Gurke memorial highway and shall place signs along the highway designating that name. The department may accept any appropriate signs or funds donated to the department for placement of the signs.
