HB 1109 - LAW & POLICY CHANGE - Add Definition of Military, Armed Forces and Uniformed Services - 2023

Intent of legislative bill:

1. Update definition of Military, Armed Forces and Uniform Services Under  NDCC 37-01:
2. Add to 37-01-01 Definitions
   1.  “Armed forces” means Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Coast Guard.
   2. “Military” means armed forces.
   3. “Uniformed services” means the armed forces, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps and the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service
