Minimum Qualifications

Prioritizes assignments to complete work in a timely mannerAbility to operate large cleaning equipmentGood oral and written communication skills Works occasionally in extreme temperatures and around unpleasant smellsAbility to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with coworkers Ability to keep simple records and to follow simple step-by-step instructionsAbility to work with detergents and other cleaning chemicals used for custodial work without adverse reactionsAbility to lift, pull, carry, and/or push objects weighing up to 50lbsAbility to stand, kneel, walk, climb, crouch or bend for long periods of timeFamiliarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Integrity and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamPrevious experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
