A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact sections 37-01-43 and 37-03-02 and subsection 8 of section 37-26-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the operation of the North Dakota national guard.

• Change Assistant Adjutant General minimum commissioned service in NDNG from 5 to 3 years
• Update Title 10 U.S.C. Code 673 definition of veteran for NDCC 37-26 (Desert Shield and Storm Veterans Compensation)
