A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 4 of section 37-18.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the powers and duties of the administrative committee on veterans' affairs.

This bill would...

• Update the NDCC to accurately reflect the correct name of the North Dakota Veterans Legislative Council. Formerly known as the North Dakota Veterans Coordinating Council.
• This is a housekeeping bill not intended to change the intent of the law.
