Walter W. Webster

Biography:

Walter Wynne Webster was born in Fargo, North Dakota on July 28, 1888, to Charles Edward and Isabella M. "Bella" Thomson Webster. He resided in Fargo up to his appointment to the Naval Academy. Three years and a half were spent in Fargo High School, during the last year of which he was the Editor in Chief of the High School publication. He entered the United States Navy in Annapolis, Maryland on June 5, 1911.

Eugene L. Weber

Biography:

Eugene Lorenz Weber was born in Underwood, McLean County, North Dakota on July 7, 1926, to Lorenz George and Alma Anna Weber. He entered United States Navy in Underwood, North Dakota on May 18, 1944. Seaman First Class Weber served in the Asiatic Pacific Theater and died in service on October 9, 1945, in Guam. He is buried in Plot C, Grave 7380, Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Richard Waslaski

Biography:

Richard B Wladyslaus Wierzchoslawski Waslaski was born in Wales, Cavalier County, North Dakota on April 7, 1925, to Stanislaw (Stanley) Frank Wierzchoslawski Waslaski and Catherine (Katie) Kiebowitz.  He entered AUS Fort Snelling, Minnesota on November 11, 1943, and served in the European African Middle Eastern Theater. Private First Class Waslaski was killed in action on April 17, 1943, and received the Purple Heart.  He is buried in the United States Military Cemetery, Northern, Italy, along with having a gravesite in Langdon, Cavalier County, North Dakota.
