The therapist is responsible for providing Brief Strategic Family Therapy Services for families where a child or children are at-risk of out-of-home placement. With a focus on family preservation, this position will utilize philosophy and skills acquired through Brief Strategic Family Therapy model training and passing competency panel. : Conduct voluntary boater surveys and watercraft inspections. Openings available at Bismarck, Valley City, Riverdale, Jamestown, and select locations around Lake Sakakawea. Ideal applicants will live locally and be assigned to cover a specific ramp(s) during the boating season. A fisheries seasonal aide position is open in Williston and Riverdale. These positions will split time preforming creel duties and assist fisheries biologists with netting surveys. Essential Functions:Watercraft InspectorSurvey watercraft users and perform boat inspections to monitor for the presence of Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS).Educate the public on strategies to prevent the spread of ANS.Perform duties as assigned by the ANS Biologist.Individuals must be able to work weekends and holidays.Fisheries Seasonal AideAssist fisheries personnel with reproduction and population test netting, trap and transport of different fish species, limnological sampling, and spawning activities.
