Robert Carroll Thompson

Biography:

Private Robert Carroll Thompson was born in Geddes, Charles Mix County, South Dakota on January 17, 1892. He entered the United State Army in South Dakota and served in the 339th Field Artillery Regiment, 88th Division. Private Thompson was killed in action on October 23, 1918, and is buried at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery and Memorial, Belleau, Department de l'Aisne, Picardie, France, Plot B, Row 8, Grave 31.

AN ACT to amend and reenact section 37-01-25 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to military leave. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA: 

SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 37-01-25 of the North Dakota Century Code is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
